Mid LevelLikeable is one of the first-ever pure-play social media agencies, and they are seeking a freelance Project Manager who excels in planning and collaboration. The Project Manager will ensure successful delivery of scoped assets to clients while maintaining quality control throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities
Ensure the team clearly understands the status of a project throughout all phases, including completed tasks, pending deliverables, timelines and outstanding items — in and out of our project management tool
Perform daily project tracking including resource management, inventory allocation/tracking, and workflow supervision of multiple projects
Route completed assets, client feedback, revisions back and forth between client-facing calendars and our internal teams and project management software
Assure timelines are met, including completion dates, feedback request dates, revisioning, and ultimate completion of a project
Juggle multiple projects and deliverables with ease
Establish and maintain all creative workflow processes in an extremely fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
Build out and enforce internal project timelines in our project management system and work with the account management team to ensure their client-facing timelines match our internal process
Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets, experience levels, and bandwidth
Qualification
Required
Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the social space
Ability to work alone, under pressure, with extremely tight deadlines
Experience in the project management software, ClickUp
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Strong understanding of social content production workflows
A cool, calm, collected approach to resourcing and problem solving
Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements
