New Grad, Entry LevelMolson Coors Beverage Company is transforming the beverage industry and is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join their Visitor Operations team at the Coors Brewery in Golden, CO. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting with merchandising, and processing transactions using a POS system.

Responsibilities
Excellent customer service by way of solid product knowledge of our branded merchandise
Help keep our shop looking fantastic by assisting with merchandising and general upkeep
Assist your peers with incoming product to make sure it is ready for our customers
We do some cool off-site events a few times a year, come join in on the fun!
Use of POS system to process transactions and assist with opening/closing of registers
We like variety and hope you do too so some picking and packing of orders for our online visitors will occur
We will need Thurs-Sun availability, with preferred availability of 24-39 hours per week
Qualification
Required
Strong people skills are a must
Must be at least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must be able to lift boxes up to 40lbs and stand for most of your shift
Weekends are when we are busiest so they are a must!
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a background check
Preferred
Customer Service is preferred
