Computer Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive analyses of current information systems to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements
Evaluating system performance through detailed data analysis, ensuring solutions align with contract objectives and DoD standards
Collaborating with project teams to implement system enhancements and facilitate efficient technology integration
Preparing and presenting technical reports and documentation, maintaining up-to-date records of system configurations and changes
Serving as a liaison between technical specialists and management to ensure clear communication of system requirements and project status
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of experience in a computer systems analyst role
one or more years of experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize complex system performance based on contractual requirements and operational metrics
Proven expertise in gathering and interpreting system specifications to develop and implement effective technical solutions
Skilled in utilizing advanced systems analysis tools and methodologies to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements
Possess an Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship as well as a U.S. government security clearance at the Top Secret level
Preferred
Proficiency with enterprise architecture frameworks, advanced data modeling, and simulation software to support comprehensive system evaluations
Familiarity with industry-standard diagrammatic and documentation tools (e.g., UML, BPMN) to enhance technical communications and analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively interface between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Experience in managing large-scale system integration projects and implementing process improvements to optimize operational efficiency
