Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Reviewing project plans and coordinating project activities using ServiceNow Project Management Module
Operating smaller budget projects independently and efficiently
Consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
Providing technical support and resolving issues in collaboration with stakeholders
Managing backup, security, and user support systems
Participating in fast-paced application and OS upgrade initiatives, often tied to healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs)
Collaborating across departments to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction
Supporting HR-related IT projects, including implementations and upgrades involving systems like PeopleSoft
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of hands-on project management experience (not just certification-based)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios
Strong PMI-based project management skills
Experience with ServiceNow Project Management tools
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Charts, etc.); Microsoft Office is not used
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft or similar platforms
Experience managing HR-related IT projects
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and production processes
Understanding of business and management principles related to planning and resource allocation
Experience in healthcare IT environments is preferred
Preferred
PMI or PMP certification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
