Responsibilities

Support Regional Sales Managers to engage prospects on the Kudelski Security Managed Detection and Response and Consulting services offering throughout the client life cycle, providing clients with insight into our security practices, technologies, and solutions
Deliver the Consulting and Managed Security Services overview to new and existing clients
Engage in Account Management Strategy meetings with Regional Sales Managers, assisting in targeting accounts for specific services
Champion all aspects of the proposal pre-sales process including scoping, requirements, pricing, presentation of a solution to a client, and contracts discussions
Collaborate internally to transition clients to onboarding post opportunity close ensuring a seamless knowledge transfer
Track statistics around meeting activity, win/loss ratio, and proposal results
Partner with the global marketing team to mature and build out pre-sale materials for all services offerings
Present at regional events around next generation SOC, managed, and consulting security services

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
10+ years of experience working in pre-sales building solutions in MDR and consulting services (ie. pen testing, vulnerability management, NIST assessments, SOCaaS, etc)
Demonstrated ability to understand and develop corporate information security programs
Knowledge, understanding, and proven track record working with Managed Security Services offerings for technologies such as Threat Intelligence, Endpoint Detection & Response, Threat Hunting, Security Analytics along with other traditional security technologies (FW, IDS, SIEM, and Vulnerability Scanning.)
Strong collaborator, experienced working in a matrix environment supporting multiple sales representatives
Experience working as an overlay to multiple Sales Executives
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred

CISSP and/or other relevant certifications
