Senior Real Estate Associate - Senior Fiduciary Coordinator
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Trust Associate - Senior Fiduciary Coordinator in Trust Client & Advisor Services as part of Wealth and Investment Management. Responsibilities
Support the Real Estate Asset Managers in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisition and relationship management
Fulfill real estate related transactions, distributions and compliance documentation
Develop and maintain a proficient understanding of basic fiduciary concepts and principles, including trust accounting and elements of a trust
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge in the use of Wells Fargo Trust systems
Articulate Wells Fargo Trust's processes to internal partners
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Review risk management reports
Research and resolve moderate to complex account issues
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand. function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Provide ongoing service in alignment with the needs of clients
Identify and escalate client retention issues
Interpret and apply trust document language to specific situations
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal and external customers
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of policies and procedures
Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, including time and priority management
Deliver high-quality work-product within stated deadlines
Identify fiduciary risk and suggest possible solutions
Independently communicate with internal partners regarding client accounts
Qualification
Required
4+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
Experience in a support role within an institutional real estate investment environment or banking and trust environment
Experience with agriculture, farm programs, legal descriptions and title work
Basic knowledge of real estate management and transactional support (i.e. property management, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, purchases, sales, leasing, etc.)
Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration
Ability to work effectively within a team and build strong working relationships across business channels and at all levels of management
Exposure to Wells Fargo Trust operations applications and systems such as: SEI Trust 3000 and TRMS (Trust Money Movement Systems), Client Link
Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, including time and priority management
Collaborate effectively with relationship team members, client's advisors and other colleagues
Solutions-oriented and able to operate within a diverse, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Experience in a client facing environment (high net worth)
