Responsibilities
Perform program management technical, and business case analyses
Participate as a member of the specified Program IPT and IPT directed business meetings
Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
Track program and project status and schedules
Apply policies and procedures for financial planning
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship and possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline
OR an AA/AS degree plus 4 additional years of experience
OR 6 additional years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS degree
At least 4 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline to include:
2 years of professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development
Demonstrated experience in PMA program/project status and schedules
Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to the planning-programming- budgeting system (PPBS), life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series)
Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs

Proficiency using MS Excel
