Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, is looking for an HR Intern to join their Human Resources team. This role involves assisting with various HR projects, including recruiting activities, process improvement, and communications material creation.

Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Assist with proctoring mechanical assessments for shop floor applicants

Various recruiting activities

Work with staff on identifying process improvement opportunities for existing procedures

Assist with interviewing applicants

Rotation through the plant HR, Safety and Training departments

Communications material including creation of flyers for events or activities at Peterbilt

Creation of PowerPoints and videos

Other tasks as assigned

Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or a related program
