Responsibilities
Prepare, supervise and review corporate, partnership, trust, non-profit and individual tax returns
Supervise and review financial statement preparation
Supervise and review bookkeeping services
Supervise and review payroll services
Provide training to staff in tax functions
Tax planning for various business entities and individuals
Conduct tax research for complex tax matters and client transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA, Enrolled Agent or significant amount of experience preparing individual and business tax returns
At least 5 years' experience in corporate, partnership, trust, not-for-profit and individual tax preparation
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with various tax and accounting software - UltraTax (Thomson Reuters CS Suite), Checkpoint, QuickBooks a plus
Solid analytical, problem solving, communication and organizational skills
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks independently under pressure
Conscientious and able to work with confidential information
