Marketing Strategist & Content Amplification Manager
Harbor Healthcare Consultants is a growing consulting firm focused on thought leadership and educational content. They are seeking a Marketing Strategist & Content Amplification Manager to shape, package, optimize, distribute, and scale founder-created content across various channels.
Responsibilities
Develop a clear content distribution and amplification strategy based on founder-created material
Build and manage a content calendar using founder inputs (videos, outlines, notes, recordings)
Help structure content themes, series, and campaigns for consistency and growth
Take founder-recorded video (long-form or short-form) and:
Edit and optimize for different platforms
Create clips, highlights, and captions
Ensure professional pacing, framing, and clarity
Advise on best practices for filming, setup, and formats (without being on-camera yourself)
Edit and refine founder-written or spoken content into:
LinkedIn posts
Blog posts
Email newsletters
Website copy
Repurpose single ideas into multiple formats while preserving the founder’s voice
Maintain brand consistency and tone (founder-first, expert-driven)
Manage posting and scheduling across social, email, and website
Optimize content for engagement, reach, and lead generation
Track performance and recommend improvements
Support inbound marketing funnels (CTAs, landing pages, email nurture)
Qualification
Required
4+ years in marketing, content operations, or growth roles
Strong experience editing, packaging, and distributing founder-led or expert-led content
Solid understanding of video-first marketing (especially LinkedIn and YouTube-style formats)
Strong editorial judgment — knows how to enhance without changing the message
Highly organized, execution-focused, and reliable
Comfortable working closely with a founder
Preferred
Experience with consulting, professional services, or personal-brand businesses
Familiarity with LinkedIn-led growth strategies
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
Understanding of analytics and content performance metrics
