Administrative Assistant

They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage front desk responsibilities, assist the HR team, and perform general office duties for the leadership team.

Responsibilities
Manages front desk responsibilities, such as answering the phone, email, and mail, ordering office supplies, managing the conference rooms and issuing name badges and access cards
Maintains the intranet, directories, organizational chart and other documents
Responsible for assisting the Chief Human Resources Officer, and home office Directors of Human Resources with managing the HR responsibilities for the home office team members, including providing assistance on special projects
Assists with monitoring access, answering questions, following up on issues, auditing, etc., on HR programs
Assist with monitoring and responding to inquiries from the HR mailbox
Perform general office duties for the leadership team
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in office administration, human resources or related field preferred
3 - 5+ years of executive-level administrative, office management or human resources experience
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio, Outlook, Adobe and Webex
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively and efficiently
