Responsibilities
Implement and support Data Governance and Data Management initiatives across enterprise data platforms
Maintain and manage data catalogs, metadata, lineage, and business glossaries using Atlan
Monitor data quality, reliability, and incidents using Monte Carlo Observability and prepare reporting dashboards
Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and engineering teams to enforce governance policies and standards
Support data quality rules, issue tracking, and root cause analysis
Assist in documenting data definitions, standards, and governance processes
Provide regular governance and observability reports to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in Data Management and Data Governance
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Atlan Data Governance tool
2–3 years of experience with Monte Carlo Data Observability and reporting
Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, lineage, and governance frameworks
Experience working with data warehouses, BI tools, and analytics platforms
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance requirements related to data governance
