Responsibilities
Provides general document management, user access, and application support for Project Construction
Maintains user permissions and supports the core Project Construction systems including Aconex, eRoom and SharePoint
Aconex responsibilities consist of managing system access, ensuring the accuracy of document metadata, responding to specific mail types, transmitting documents between Dominion Energy and external vendors, creating/tracking workflows, managing communication matrix and running/developing reports during the lifecycle of large construction projects
Partner with Information Technology team to drive process improvements for all core Project Construction document management applications
Qualification
Required
5-6+ years of relevant experience in directly related field
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) and SharePoint
Ability to multi-task in a team environment
Team player with strong customer focus skills, must be able to effectively interface with both application users, the project team, and external vendors
Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
5 years of experience coordinating cloud-based user applications
Familiar with document management application such as Aconex, Documentum, or any other cloud-based document systems
General knowledge of the heavy construction industry
Bachelors in Business Administration or Business/IT related fields
