Account Manager - Digital Brand Advisor

Responsibilities
Onboard new brands and maintain existing brand accounts in ThumbStopper
Manage brand content and approvals for retailer networks
Monitor and report on brand health metrics (content fulfillment, retailer connections, program growth)
Assist with business reviews, co-op/billing reports, and key client communications
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for growth and reporting issues/bugs
Qualification
Required
Digital marketing experience (essential)
4+ years in customer service or client-facing roles
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Proficient with Salesforce, ThumbStopper, Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Slack
High school diploma or equivalent
