InternMaryland Auto Insurance seeks candidates for a part-time Executive Intern role within their Internship Program. The intern will support the Executive Department by assisting with administrative projects, coordinating meetings, and maintaining workflow processes.

Responsibilities
Support Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, Government Relations, and any other Director/department as needed
Work on various administrative projects and assist in coordinating in-person employee meetings, with guidance and support from the Chief of Staff
Propose, create, and maintain measurement & monitoring methods for workflow processes and business results, such as using Microsoft Planner to track to-do items, manage agendas, assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor departmental progress
Communicate effectively & professionally with employees, constituents, and external contacts via email and phone
Schedule meetings and track responses from colleagues
Attend bi-weekly meetings with employees in person
Attend meetings as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college degree program (associate's, bachelor's, or master's)
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite programs
Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with co-workers at all organizational levels
Ability to establish and meet deadlines
Ability to participate in discussions
Effective communication skills with employees, constituents, and external contacts via email and phone
Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues, other industry-related professionals and the public
Highly adaptable to changes in procedures and guidelines
