Responsibilities

Help with the advancement of the mission and purpose of the Clifton Strengths Institute
Serve as the primary academic advisor for students in the Clifton Builders program
Serve as the primary instructor for the BSAD 76: Clifton Builders Practicum Experience course
Coach this cohort of graduating students throughout the semester
Create new programs and opportunities for students selected into the Program

Required

Bachelor's degree plus two years of documented experience advising, coaching, mentoring, or working with people around their development using the CliftonStrengths assessment
Experience functioning in a leadership role
Experience presenting to large groups
Knowledge of the CliftonStrengths assessment and demonstrated ability to employ strengths-based methodologies
Demonstrated ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canvas, and related programs

Preferred

Master's degree in business, student affairs or related field
Experience with student advising
Experience coaching entrepreneurs
Gallup Global Strengths Certification
