Act as the primary internal expert for D365 F&O within the business
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and other operational teams to understand business processes and translate them into functional D365 solutions

Product Information Management (PIM)
Sales & Marketing
Procurement & Sourcing
Support system design sessions, configuration changes, testing cycles, and user training
Develop functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides
Troubleshoot D365 issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate with other TSI teams when required
Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement using D365 tools and best practices
Participate in upgrade testing, patch review, and validation during release cycles
On‑site presence to support production and onsite users
Occasional afterhours or weekend work to support business needs
Willing to travel ~10% to support the business needs
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
Functional understanding of D365 F&O
Hands-on problem solving
System configuration
Business process analysis
Provide first and second-tier desktop support
Act as the primary internal expert for D365 F&O within the business
