Responsibilities

Assist with daily mail room responsibilities
Provide back-up for the Lobby Safety and Security desk as needed
Provide back-up and assistance for the Facilities Administrative Assistant as needed
Inventory Management for company office supplies/maintain software, recordkeeping and monthly reports accordingly
Manage and produce monthly departmental reporting according to deadline schedules provided by accounting
Assist Facilities Management staff in project management, follow-up and communication
Write communications not only to disburse within the Facilities department, including other areas of the bank as well as Intranet posts

Required

High school diploma (or equivalent)
2-4 years of experience in facility coordination, administration, or related role
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Ability to operate general office machines
Ability to input, access, and process information using a computer required
