2+ years expThe Sage Group’s client is a large, not-for-profit integrated health system primarily located in Northern California. They are seeking a Junior Production Designer to support the creation and execution of high-quality print and digital marketing assets across their regional programs.

Responsibilities
Support the production design of a wide range of print and digital assets, including but not limited to banners, flyers, postcards, social media graphics, and out-of-home (OOH) materials
Prepare, resize, and adapt creative assets across multiple formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency
Execute production updates and revisions based on feedback from Senior Designers and Program Managers
Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and visual standards
Manage assigned tasks and deadlines through Workamajig or similar project management tools
Maintain organized files and follow established production workflows
Collaborate with writers, designers, and program managers to support regional marketing initiatives
Participate in ongoing learning and skill development, with opportunities to grow creatively and professionally
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in brand and/or graphic design experience in a high volume, corporate environment
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, including retouching and resizing assets
Familiarity with project management tools such as Workamajig, Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines closely
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Previous experience working within a large brand or healthcare environment
Exposure to both print and digital production workflows
Understanding of cohesive brand systems and how to apply them consistently across channels
