The Corporate Development team is seeking a summer intern to assist with executing a Global Job Structure project and supporting the year-end process, including project management, job evaluations, and data analysis.

Responsibilities
You’ll learn how to independently perform market data job evaluations on new positions proposed by hiring managers and the HR team
Create slide decks and training materials for the Global Job Structure roll-out
Supporting weekly objectives in the project plan, including gathering feedback from global teams, updating the Compensation SharePoint site, keeping materials updated, and coordinating meetings when needed
You’ll learn how to manage a year-end (merit) process at a global company, as well as how to administer it using Payscale
Partner in creating and facilitating training for managers and HR during preparation for the year-end (merit) process
You’ll be taught how to organize and submit compensation survey data, as well as manage this on a global level
Qualification
Required
Current pursuit of a full-time undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to share ideas and process improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Acute attention to detail with strong quantitative and analytical skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, comfortable programming and editing large workbooks. Power Query is a plus. Ability to create professional presentations in PowerPoint to translate data into executive-level summaries
Strong motivation and work ethic, the ability to work independently, the ability to balance multiple projects and competing deadlines
Preferred
Spanish is a plus
