Responsibilities
Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including; Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed
Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels
Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner. Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service
Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Qualification
Required
High School degree preferred
1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience
Ability to work outdoors for continuous periods of time as well as walk for 8 to 10 hours per day
