Marketing Manager (Digital Growth & Acquisition)
Team Red Dog is seeking a Marketing Manager (Digital Growth & Acquisition) for their client, a premier enterprise technology client. This role focuses on driving top-of-funnel growth through various channels, including paid media and SEO, while optimizing web conversion to support a high-visibility startup acquisition program.

Responsibilities
Own and optimize top-of-funnel performance across paid media, organic discovery, and web conversion
Manage daily paid media pacing and performance, adjusting bids, audiences, creatives, and experiments
Drive technical SEO and AEO/GEO optimization, including structured data, schema updates, and AI discoverability initiatives
Partner with Web Operations on landing page builds, testing, headline optimization, CTAs, and funnel integrity
Collaborate with Content Marketing to provide SEO and AI discoverability briefs aligned to founder intent
Work with Marketing Operations to maintain dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting
Support digital amplification for ABM, Events, and Partner-led initiatives
Deliver regular performance insights, recommendations, and experiment learnings through weekly and monthly reporting
Qualification
Required
Multichannel Paid Media Management (5+ years) – Hands-on experience owning and optimizing paid media across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, including bid management, audience strategy, creative testing, and performance pacing
Technical SEO + AEO/GEO (AI Discoverability) (5+ years) – Deep experience with technical SEO fundamentals including indexation, metadata, structured data, schema markup, and emerging AEO/GEO practices to optimize discoverability in AI-driven and generative search environments
Web Conversion Optimization & Experimentation (5+ years) – Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, headlines, CTAs, and user journeys to improve conversion rates and funnel efficiency
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
5–8+ years of hands-on performance and growth marketing experience
Strong experience managing multi-channel paid media programs with measurable ROI
Deep technical SEO knowledge, including structured data and schema implementation
Experience optimizing content and web surfaces for AI-driven and generative search
Proven background in web conversion optimization and experimentation frameworks
Strong analytical skills with experience partnering on dashboards, attribution, and reporting
Comfort working cross-functionally with Content, Web Ops, Marketing Ops, and paid media teams
