Team Lead Adult Residential
Crossroads Health is a non-profit organization serving Northeast Ohio communities with integrated healthcare services. The Team Lead for North Coast House is responsible for mentoring staff, overseeing daily operations, and providing trauma-informed services to clients in a residential setting.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day oversight of the program including scheduling and staffing coverage. Provide consultation to staff. Facilitate program development as assigned
Provide trauma informed pre-intake, intake, and ongoing individual, family, and group services to clients and their family system in the residential facility, home, office, other community settings, and virtually
Provide consultation and collaboration with community partners, referral sources, and clients' treatment teams. Promote Crossroads Health services and engage in outreach activities
Providing support as needed in times of crisis and helps consumer maintain stability; as appropriate, accesses additional support in crisis intervention
Provide accurate, concise, and concurrent documentation according to program procedures and policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services/Social Work/Mental Health or related field
Minimum of three (3) years' experience
QMHS within 10 days of hire
Valid Driver's License
Must have an acceptable driving record (4 points of less), reliable transportation, and carry automobile insurance with minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000
BLS/CPR/First Aid (employer provided)
Drug Screen, TB Test, Background check required
Work in residential setting and travel to other local locations as dictated by programmatic needs. Must be comfortable conducting client assessments to determine appropriateness of referrals
Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with evening/night and weekend work as dictated by programmatic needs
Preferred
Five years' experience
Mental Health or Chemical Dependency license/credential in the State of Ohio
