Responsibilities
Manage driver onboarding and offboarding processes, including status tracking, permit applications, updating driver profiles, and secure documentation storage
Generate daily reports on motor vehicle record history, identifying notable records for follow-up and investigation
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance driver management workflows, suggesting efficiency and compliance enhancements
Assist in collecting operational data to ensure timely and accurate responses to regulatory inquiries
Qualification
Required
Proficient in managing large datasets via spreadsheets, ensuring data quality and accuracy
Skilled in developing and managing documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
Experienced in reviewing operational data, identifying gaps, and documenting corrective action plans
Capable of devising creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Experience in compliance or program management in a highly regulated industry, ideally transportation-related
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and Google Sheets
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software and internal systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Developing proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
