Responsibilities
Manage and process all accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile statements, invoices, and payments with accuracy
Ensure timely payments and collections from vendors and customers
Prepare daily deposits
Work closely with the service and sales departments to track billing and receipts
Assist with month-end closing and general ledger reconciliation
Maintain accurate and organized financial files
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment issues
Stock in vehicles incoming from the factory
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in AP/AR, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of accounting software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience in a dealership or auto service environment
Familiarity with vehicle inventory processes
