Responsibilities
Flexibility to rotate as needed to support needs of the functional area
Gain familiarity with multiple departments regarding support requirements
Document processes and test work in a clear and concise manner; assist in testing the design and operating effectiveness as required by the functional area
Participate in and complete directed projects
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Learn and contribute to lead generation strategies for Driver Recruiting and People Development departments
Assist with recruitment marketing performance reports and analyze results
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
A majority (considered three (3) years or more) of undergraduate course work from an Accredited University or College in Accounting or Finance is required
Beginner to intermediate level Finance; IT; Legal; HR; Marketing; Communications; strong interpersonal skill; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain professionalism; ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Practical experience in functional area preferred
