Responsibilities
Lead nationwide asset recovery and site exit operations across multiple regions
Oversee large field teams, including card harvesting and equipment recovery crews
Manage complex travel schedules, site access coordination, and workforce deployment
Direct cross-functional teams across field operations, logistics, engineering, and leadership
Own project timelines, dependencies, risk mitigation, and delivery performance
Coordinate shipping, inventory tracking, and asset logistics to ensure smooth execution
Build and scale field workforce readiness through onboarding, training, and operational enablement
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and without service disruption
Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and operational metrics to leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven Project Management experience leading large, multi-site field operations
Strong background in field team leadership and workforce coordination
Experience with asset recovery, decommissioning, or site exit projects preferred
Ability to manage heavy travel schedules and rapidly shifting priorities
Excellent organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills across technical, field, and executive teams
Preferred
Telecom, data center, central office, or infrastructure operations experience
Experience managing logistics-heavy, high-volume field programs
Familiarity with asset tracking, recovery workflows, and large deployment teams
