Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Support recruiting logistics
Coordinate performance review processes
Oversee administrative client intake and internal handoffs
Supervise and support the billing function
Review billing and expense reports for accuracy
Prepare internal communications, meetings, and operational materials
Own the firm’s daily office and operational infrastructure, including facilities and vendor management
Manage office systems and equipment, parking, and security access
Maintain a professional, client-ready office environment
Serve as the primary operational coordinator, working closely with firm leadership and supervising administrative staff
