Responsibilities
Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential customers in the manufacturing industry. This includes creatively sourcing new leads, potentially leveraging skills in AI or LLM prompting to enhance research and outreach, and effectively re-engaging with past contacts in our CRM
Develop and execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach strategies (including cold calling, personalized emails, and social media) to engage potential customers and generate initial interest in GrayMatter Robotics. You'll need to find inventive ways to reach key decision-makers
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to clearly and concisely articulate their value, focusing on pitching an initial discovery meeting rather than a direct product sale
Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, operational needs, and potential fit for our robotic solutions, qualifying them for the next steps with Account Executives
Skillfully schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
Maintain and update accurate records of all prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM system
Assess the needs and requirements of potential leads to determine their suitability as prospects. Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements, effectively communicating how our robotic solutions can address their needs
Be prepared to adapt your approach as the team grows and strategies evolve. While we value results over strict call volume now, an increasing focus on metrics is anticipated to help us scale
Provide regular feedback and insights on lead quality, market conditions, and campaign effectiveness to the sales manager
