Responsibilities
Engaging with existing and potential customers
Put together an accurate estimate and quote for home service projects
Sell a portfolio of services which may include: wildlife exclusion, insulation, gutters, general handyman repairs
Collaborating with technicians to sniff out more leads
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in general construction principles
High school diploma or work experience
A valid driver's license and a good driving record
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work 40+ hours per week
Preferred
Experience selling services that can exceed $10K
Knowledge of residential, commercial, and remodeling construction and building techniques
