Responsibilities
Partners with the Store Training Coordinator in the training and orientation of department new hires
Manages, coaches, and is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and development of the store staff
Is responsible for the professional development of their employees. Leads, coaches, mentors, and provides growth opportunities
Trains, demonstrates, and coaches for exceptional guest and employee experiences
Partners with the Visual Merchandising Team in the planning of department layout
Ensures that the department is properly merchandised
Qualification
Required
Applicants must have a positive attitude
A passion to provide exceptional customer service
The ability to react quickly to changing priorities
Applicants must be willing to work most weekends and holidays
Preferred
Three to five years of previous retail management experience
