Responsibilities
Own the security portfolio operating model, including roadmap, prioritization, sequencing, and execution tracking
Translate strategy, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements into delivered security capabilities
Govern security initiatives, products, and platforms to align delivery with firm risk tolerance and leadership expectations
Accountable for delivery of complex, cross-functional security initiatives
Monitor execution health, dependencies, milestones, and risks; intervene to prevent audit, client, or regulatory escalations
Manage capacity, enforce priorities, and surface trade-offs and resourcing decisions
Coordinate security delivery for audits, regulatory obligations, and client reviews
Partner with Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance to execute requirements
Provide executive reporting, decision support, and timely issue escalation; represent Information Security in operational forums
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of leadership experience in security products, platforms, and capabilities within regulated, professional services, or complex enterprise environments
Proven delivery of large-scale security, risk, and regulatory initiatives
Deep expertise across core information security domains, including governance, risk, compliance, incident response, security engineering, and data protection
Preferred
advanced degree preferred
