Qualification
Required
Strong sales, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
Experience in strategic planning, market research, and creating sales proposals
Knowledge of intelligent process automation, digital tools, and their applications in improving operational efficiency
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic hybrid environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in B2B sales, technology-driven environments, or similar industries
