Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Oversees payroll (UKG), benefits, compliance, and HR operations
Acts as a trusted HR advisor to leadership and staff
Leads with empathy while confidently coaching on California employment laws
Additional duties
Qualification
Required
5+ years of HR experience
Strong payroll experience (UKG preferred)
Solid understanding of California leave and sick time laws
Compliance-focused and policy-driven
Comfortable operating independently and partnering cross-functionally
