Mid Market Account Executive
Rogo is building Wall Street's first true AI analyst to empower finance professionals with advanced AI solutions. The Mid Market Account Executive will own a new-logo quota across a defined territory, navigate complex organizational structures, and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities
Own a new-logo quota across a defined Mid-Market territory (banks, PE, asset managers)
Run the entire deal cycle—prospect → discovery → value proof → close—using MEDDPICC rigor
Navigate complex org charts to build champions and secure C-Suite sponsorship
Lead tight proofs of value tied to clear success criteria and ROI
Partner with Solutions & Post-Sales to ensure pilots expand to multi-year ELAs
Feed product and GTM teams with crisp customer insights and win/loss data
Qualification
Required
2+ years closing SaaS deals with consistent quota attainment (6+ quarters of success)
Experience selling to financial-services clients or a clear passion to master the space
Command of challenger-style, value-led selling; fluent in tools like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
Ability to learn complex AI concepts quickly and translate them into business outcomes
Startup mindset—self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and hungry to outperform
Preferred
Prior role at a high-growth SAAS, AI, or market data company
Familiarity with LLMs
