Responsibilities
Providing tenants with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living
Applying skills in basic nursing, personal care and basic restorative services according to the Plan of Care for the tenant
Understanding the mental health and social service needs of the tenant and being mindful of the needs in cognitively impaired tenants
Being part of the interdisciplinary care team dedicated to promoting independence and well-being
Being trained in medication administration and giving tenants medications as needed
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated critical thinking and decision making, teamwork, and self-leadership skills
Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write in English
