Responsibilities
Manage and review U.S. partnership, joint venture, and other non-corporate entity tax returns
Advise clients on partnership structuring, entity formation, and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions
Apply deep knowledge of Subchapter K partnership taxation and U.S. GAAP
Serve as a primary client contact, developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
Lead and mentor junior staff through coaching, training, and performance development
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Support business development initiatives and contribute to practice growth
Qualification
Required
CPA license required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
6–10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience
Prior experience at a Top 10 public accounting firm (required)
Strong technical expertise in partnership taxation and asset management structures
Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills
Ability to travel as business needs require
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Preferred
Experience with entity formation and mergers & acquisitions
Background serving asset management or investment fund clients
Stable employment history with minimal job hopping
