Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals
Identify, prioritize, and vet industry events, trade shows, and conferences based on audience fit, competitive presence, and ROI potential
Create compelling event-related content, including promotional materials, presentations, and collateral, to engage and educate attendees
Partner closely with Sales to define event objectives, target accounts, pre-event outreach, on-site engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up to convert leads
Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote events, including email marketing, social media, press releases, content marketing, and partnerships to maximize attendance and engagement
Collaborate with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of event marketing initiatives with broader marketing efforts
Segment email lists and create targeted, personalized email content
Monitor email campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize email marketing strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with event-related vendors, sponsors, and partners
Negotiate contracts, secure sponsorships, and manage vendor relationships to optimize event outcomes
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of event marketing campaigns
Analyze and report on the performance of events, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand event collateral
Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to refine the brand strategy
