Customer Service Representative
Frontier Home Medical is a Nebraska-owned Durable Medical Equipment company seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join their Patient Advocate team. This role involves welcoming patients, educating them about medical equipment, and coordinating patient care with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients in person and over the phone, as well as maintain patient charts, process patient orders, create delivery tickets, and coordinate scheduling
Work one on one with patients to educate them on uses and directions of prescribed medical equipment and supplies
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other referral sources to ensure excellent patient care
Complete file checklist, intake, and insurance verification forms and determine charges and coverage for service/product requested
Collect co-pays and input payment data
Collect compliant medical documentation for insurance invoices
Maintain work operations by following company policies and procedures
Ability to administer after hours call on a rotation schedule
Qualification
Required

Able to administer call on rotation basis
