Responsibilities
Own the sales strategy and execution for the Eastern region. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth, expand customer accounts, and meet/exceed sales targets
Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy to drive customer acquisition and expand market share. Identify new business opportunities and strategic accounts across various industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, and beyond
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions that address their business challenges using Nile’s cutting-edge NaaS technology
Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and sales engineering teams to build a robust sales pipeline. Leverage data-driven insights to manage pipeline health and drive consistent performance across the team
Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance metrics to senior leadership. Use data to refine sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and adjust tactics as needed
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, customer success, and engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences from initial engagement through long-term relationship management
Attract, retain, and develop top sales talent. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring your team is equipped with the tools and training to succeed
Represent Nile at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Act as a spokesperson for the brand, championing our mission and building thought leadership in the enterprise networking space
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the networking, network security, or SaaS industries
Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue goals in enterprise sales environments
Strong experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and technologies
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and other key decision-makers
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex sales cycles with large enterprise customers
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a data-driven approach to sales management
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and business value to customers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership
