Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to KCC customers and dealers in a fast-paced, omnichannel call center environment
Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and respect to promote a positive brand image and customer loyalty
Receive and make outbound calls to resolve customer issues and perform early-stage collections for both consumer and commercial accounts
Establish relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams including Loan Administration, Titles, Loss Mitigation, KTAC and the Loan Origination Center
Strive to continuously improve while achieving individual and departmental objectives
Contribute to a culture that is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
1+ years of customer service or collections experience; automated dialer experience is preferred
Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers, dealers, peers and management
Strong customer service and active listening skills to uncover stated and unstated needs
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to type 40+ words per minute
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Preferred
Some college preferred
Automated dialer experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of collection technique and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act procedures is preferred
Bilingual is a plus, but not a job requirement
