Responsibilities
Lead and oversee employee relations strategy, programs, and KPIs
Handle complex ER cases including investigations, performance issues, conflict resolution, and involuntary terminations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Oversee ER investigations, audits, reporting, and case documentation
Provide clear recommendations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to promote a positive, inclusive work culture
Lead and develop ER & Investigations Partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
10+ years of progressive Employee Relations experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
Proven program and project management experience
Exceptional investigation, communication, and influencing skills
Calm, confident, and objective under pressure
High emotional intelligence with the ability to de-escalate conflict
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
Manufacturing or labor-relations experience strongly preferred
