Seasonal HR Clerk/Assistant
J. G. Boswell Company is seeking a Seasonal HR Clerk/Assistant to provide human resources support to employees. The role involves various administrative tasks, including hiring seasonal personnel, maintaining HRIS data, and assisting with employee inquiries and onboarding.

Responsibilities
General office and reception duties
Assist with hiring of seasonal personnel
Ensure data integrity in HRIS
Daily maintenance of HRIS systems; entering new employees, issuing timecards, and updating employee information
Help process paperwork to establish personnel files and supporting documents; ensure files are current and accurate
Assist with new hire orientation, on-boarding, and training
Respond to employee inquiries quickly and professionally
Help maintain various records & programs i.e. I-9; training, vendor forms, SDS, etc
Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
Provide assistance to other departments when necessary
Participate in HR team projects and activities
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be bilingual
Ability to interact in a positive and effective manner with staff, employees and the general public
Must have interpersonal skills and be able to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to plan and work independently, organize and perform work in an effective manner with constant interruptions
Be punctual; flexible and adapt to change; maintain a non-judgmental attitude
Possess or have the ability to obtain a valid driver's license; must maintain driving privilege
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
