Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end commercialization process for projects of varying complexity
Oversee product specifications, manufacturing transitions, and supplier onboarding
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Monitor artwork and claims processes through completion
Track and report project progress to stakeholders
Anticipate and resolve project issues and risks
Foster strong client and team relationships
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency
Travel up to 20% as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of project management experience, or 4 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in project management for Project Manager I
Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of project management experience for Project Manager II
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing project-related work and customer service is desired
PMP certification preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Project
