Responsibilities
Define Appian architecture, design patterns, and integration strategy with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases)
Lead development of complex Appian applications, including SAIL interfaces, process models, and smart services
Establish coding standards, reusable components, and best practices for Appian development
Drive performance optimization, security (RBAC, SSO), and compliance for Appian solutions
Mentor developers, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs and workflows
Manage deployments across environments and troubleshoot production issues
Qualification
