Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of commercial auto claims, including property damage and bodily injury, from inception through resolution
Communicating daily with insureds, claimants, attorneys, repair facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and fair claim outcomes
Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims within assigned authority levels
Maintaining accurate, timely claim documentation and reports
Working directly with company partners to refine and improve claims handling processes as the business continues to grow
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of insurance claims handling experience required (2+ years preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally
Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and caseload priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Property damage and/or bodily injury claims experience strongly preferred; commercial auto experience is a plus
Adjuster's license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensure after hire
