Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, providing excellent customer service
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using Zenoti
Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record keeping for administrative tasks
Assist with office management duties including supply inventory and organization of office space
Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional activities, managing social media accounts, and assisting with content proofreading
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Provide administrative support including typing, proofreading, and document preparation
Support customer support initiatives by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems
Strong typing skills and computer literacy for efficient data entry and document management
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset with professional communication skills

Preferred

Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) to serve diverse clients effectively
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles
Knowledge of office procedures such as proofreading, filing, calendar management, and bookkeeping
