Assistant Market Center Administrator
Keller Williams West Sound is seeking a high-performing Assistant Market Center Administrator to join their leadership team. This position supports the financial and operational backbone of the office, playing a key role in agent onboarding, culture, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy in financial systems, spreadsheets, and compliance processes
Support agent onboarding: prepare welcome kits, update systems, and assist with CommandMC setup
Provide administrative support to the MCA and other leadership staff
Ensure office operations run smoothly, including supplies, signage, and tech support. Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and professional office culture
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in accounting, finance, or administrative operations (real estate preferred)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to quickly learn internal platforms (e.g., CommandMC)
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional, approachable, and collaborative demeanor
Passion for real estate, systems, and creating efficient processes
