Lithia & Driveway is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Operations Intern to join their teams in Texas. This internship offers hands-on experience across various store departments, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

AutomotiveRetail

Responsibilities

Two weeks in Sales Operations
Two weeks in Service Operations
Two weeks in the Business Office
The final four-week rotation is manager/intern choice
Provide support in daily tasks and operations within the assigned department
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with documentation of important information to increase efficiency
Provide a friendly and professional first impression to customers
Efficiently and respectfully address customer needs and inquiries to ensure a positive experience
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement
Actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development
Participate in training sessions and other events
Ask questions as needed

Qualification

Interest in automotive industryMicrosoft Office SuiteCRM software understandingCustomer service passionWritten communication skillsVerbal communication skillsCollaboration skillsLeadership skills

Required

Interest in the automotive industry and store operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and leadership skills
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Basic understanding of CRM and dealership management software (DMS) a plus
