Responsibilities

Support day‑to‑day hardware and software asset management activities
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure monthly/annual reconciliation
Track approved software, licenses, and compliance requirements
Help mitigate security and legal risks related to asset use
Gather business requirements and review existing asset environments
Partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
Utilize ServiceNow for asset tracking and ITIL processes

Qualification

IT Asset ManagementServiceNowITIL Service ManagementMicrosoft Office SuiteHardware asset management certificationsBilingual communication

Required

3–5 years of IT Asset Management or Warehouse Inventory Management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of: ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, Office365, OneDrive, Teams, Windows 10, Android OS & iOS, Intune
Familiarity with ITIL Service Management (ITIL v3 certification preferred)

Preferred

Hardware asset management certifications (CHAMP, CSAM, CITAD, or equivalent)
Bilingual communication skills
ITIL v3 certification
